By placing an order with Luxury Ottoman Beds, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Delivery times are estimates only. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date. See our Delivery page for full details.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page for full details and conditions.

Our beds come with a 10-year frame guarantee covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
