30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return your bed within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at theottomanbeds@gmail.com or call 01924 465 009 to arrange your return.
2. Prepare Your Item: Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging where possible.
3. Collection: We'll arrange collection at a time convenient for you. Collection fees may apply.
4. Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• A collection fee of £99 applies for returned items
• Items must be in resalable condition

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your bed arrives damaged or develops a fault within our guarantee period:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damage
• Take photographs of any damage
• We'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If production has already begun, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
