30-Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return your bed within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email us at theottomanbeds@gmail.com or call 01924 465 009 to arrange your return.
- Prepare Your Item: Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging where possible.
- Collection: We'll arrange collection at a time convenient for you. Collection fees may apply.
- Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- A collection fee of £99 applies for returned items
- Items must be in resalable condition
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your bed arrives damaged or develops a fault within our guarantee period:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damage
- Take photographs of any damage
- We'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If production has already begun, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
